Rocky is Alex Kralie's dog, who is mentioned in Entry 2. Alex said he heard Rocky bark at a strange, tall figure, which is The Operator. He has never appeared in an entry.
Rocky is not to be confused with Seth's dog, who is only mentioned in Entry #9
