Jessica is Amy 's roommate and was the only other person staying in the same hotel as Jay after his seven month memory lapse. During his stay at the hotel, he heard some odd noises coming from her room, oddly they have adjoining rooms, and his camera was acting strangely around her, the audio was getting distorted.

She confronts Jay in Entry #32 and tells him that she doesn't remember how she ended up in the hotel or why they have adjoining rooms. She also tells him that she has been having strange dreams and has been having trouble sleeping. Jay tells her that they should leave that night, as he thinks it is unsafe there.

In Entry #33, a continuation of the ending to #32, Jay makes his way to her hotel room. The room is completely empty and she is nowhere to be found. However, Jay finds a note that reads 1-1-The Operator Symbol-2. He tries 1-1-0-2, the numerical version of the symbols written on the note, on the safe in her room, then his. He finds an external hard drive and many tapes, and is then chased out of the hotel by Tim

In later entries, those that show what occurred in the seven months that Jay could not remember, it is shown that Jessica was a part of Alex and Jay's attempts to find Jessica. It is also revealed that the last four digits of her cellphone number are 1-1-0-2.

In Entry #52, Alex tells her and Jay to meet him in Rosswood Park. He attempts to kill them, but Tim supresses Alex and she escapes with Jay. Jay then sends her to an undisclosed hotel, the same that she stayed in in earlier entries. At the hotel, she helps Jay put the tapes and hard drive that he stole from Alex's car into the safe in his hotel room. They then enter 1-1-0-2, the last four digits of her phone number, as the code to the safe in Jay's room. At the end of this entry, there is screaming heard from her hotel room and it is believed that The Operator attacked her, causing her memory loss.

Her current location and status are unknown.
